Natural Selection
Visitors learn about Natural Selection by
examining two different kinds of rabbits.
Nature selected the rabbit with upright ears because it was
better adapted to detecting the sound of the fox and escaping to
safety.
Lop-eared rabbits live only under the protection of a farmer or
a family. In the woods they could not survive. |
